The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — super clean and well-maintained. It has an amazing view, two functional TVs with great picture quality, and a spacious, comfortable workspace with a solid desk and ergonomic chair. The location is excellent; however, there can be some traffic noise at times. It’s not constant and obviously beyond the host’s control, but worth noting if you're sensitive to noise, especially in the mornings or late afternoons. If you get cold easily like I do, keep in mind that the apartment can feel chilly during winter. There's one window that lets in a noticeable draft and can't be covered. One downside for me was the lack of hot water in the kitchen sink — something I personally consider essential. Communication with the host was excellent. I accidentally caused some damage, and they were incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

This location was just what I wanted. Be in the city , big windows that will overlook the modern Lima, comfortable, secured. The financial area is by far the best place to stay and this particular place located in the 6th floor, couldn’t be better. No flat rooftop , only beauty scene.

This was one of the better places we’ve come across in Lima. Queen size bed was comfortable and so was the sectional. Although the place “seemed” bigger in the pictures it was a good size for the two of us for a short weekend trip. I also appreciated the washer/dryer combo! Something else that’s hard to find (dryer at least).

Todo fue excelente. La estadía fue la mejor, desde el primer momento fueron súper amables y atentos. Todo lo mostrado en fotos refleja la realidad del departamento y adicionalmente como trabajo en Home Office, el internet fue súper rápido lo normal me ayudó muchísimo.
